Privacy notice

This form lets you ask John Anderson at BHI Insurance Associates to call you. It is not an insurance application.

Information you provide

We ask for your name and phone number, with an optional email address. Your request also includes the page where you used the form, a request reference and the version of the contact notice. Please do not submit policy numbers, payment details, health information, identification numbers or other sensitive information.

How your request is handled

The website runs on Vercel. Requests are sent through Resend to John’s BHI email inbox so John or his BHI team can respond by phone. Resend and the receiving email service process and retain email records as part of providing delivery and mailbox services. The website does not create a CRM record or keep a separate lead database.

Vercel processes technical request information, including your IP address and browser challenge information, to operate the website and check for automated submissions using BotID. Short-lived request counters help limit repeated attempts. We do not add contact details to application logs or use form submissions to enroll you in marketing.

Delivery and urgent matters

A confirmation means our email provider accepted the request for delivery. Email can be delayed or fail later. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, or your matter is urgent, call John directly. Website requests cannot bind or change insurance coverage.
